Terrible experience. It started when we arrived. We had an Open Table reservation. We arrived on time but had to wait. We were then taken to a table that was on a busy aisle and every time someone walked by, the old wood floor would bounce. I asked to change tables. The hostess said, "you'll have to go back to the waiting area, we can't have you sitting here". She said that "there was another table but it would 10 minutes to set up". So we waited for a new table. The waitress took our orders, we got a coconut shrimp appetizer, it was overcooked and you could hardly taste any coconut. We got the salad bar which was really good. They had two kinds of fish, one that they suggested be prepared "Duke's" way and another fish that was prepared with a macadamia crust. My wife ordered the one with the macadamia crust. I asked for the same fish but prepared Duke's way. When the dinners came they were both the same. The waitress said they made a mistake in the kitchen, it would only take 5 minutes to get the right one. It took 15 minutes. My wife had finished her dinner when the waitress brought out the right fish for me. It wasn't. It was prepared Dukes way, but it was the other fish. This was our Anniversary dinner and they ruined it. They took my dinner off the bill. I will never go back!

Really unimpressed by this staple of tourism. The ambiance was nice and the bartender and server were very friendly, but beyond that this isn’t worth it. We had a reservation for two and arrived early to enjoy some of the live music from the bar. We were told to check back in closer to our reservation time which is all good. We received a text 10 minutes before reservation time that our table was ready. Let them know that we were at the bar and would be up when drinks were finished. When the two of us were taken to our table it was set for six. We asked if they had it right and were assured it was. It almost felt like we were in a separate restaurant from one another. Ordered salad bars because “a bountiful selection of fresh locally grown vegetables, ancient grains, pasta, garden salads, fresh fruit and warm breads” seems like a great start to a meal. That was quite a turn of phrase. The salad bar was more a raiding of the supermarket deli than a bountiful selection. After all this disappointment it was shocking that the entrees still managed to be underwhelming. The fish tasted frozen and the presentation was lazy. Overall wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

Incredible food and service! This was our first stop after we flew in and we had the best time. We were splitting the entree and without being asked, our waitress split the entree into 2 plates for us. Great salad bar as well. And amazing view of the beach!
