We have been coming to Kauai for 40 years. This is a must stop place anytime we are here. I've always been amazed at how consistently good the food is every time we visit Hamura Saimin. Great place for family and friends. The close proximity to your fellow diners becomes an invitation for fellowship and food conversation. By all means order pie for dessert. Share if you have to, but order. Service is fast and the food always hot.

Do not let anyone get you down about this place. The noodles and broth are amazing. Is there a wait time? Yes, the wait time can get long, but do not let that stop you. It is worth the wait. The servers could be a little bit nicer, but their service is fast and quick to the point.
