El Jimador always is amazing. I have been to a lot of Mexican restaurants and have given a lot of them five stars but I have come to El Jimador more than any others. It is consistently good. They always have fast service and never mess up my order. There chips and salsa is my favorite. It is also located all over the state. Each is a little different then the other but they all do a good job at taking care of their customers. If you have not been you should go this Sunday after church.

This is a full service restaurant. I debated whether to give it a three or a four. The food is slightly above average for Mexican restaurants. The prices are inline with those of other locales in the greater Columbia area.. The place was clean, the atmosphere inviting, the service pronto and professional. A customer might be tempted to linger.
