It's disappointing when you get the wrong food. However, our server handled it with grace and poise. She got the correct food out to me very quickly. She even waited in the kitchen to ensure that my dish was prepared accurately the 2nd time. The food is always good at El Potro, and this time was no exception. We drive out of our way to come here, and it's well worth it. I recommend El Potro to Antoine who wants delicious Mexican food. The main thing I would say they could improve on, is simplifying the menu. I think that would make things in the kitchen run

It was obviously understaffed for dinner. My waitress was AWESOME and I felt so bad for her. We had to wait LONG periods of time for drinks, food and requests.. it was my first experience and it wasn't all that great. Ordered the Fajita burrito and while it was large which was super impressive, it was also flavorless.. so I took 90% of it home. Best find was their salsa Verde. Spicy and delicious! Not worth the money other than a great server and great salsa verde.
