We waited over 35 minutes for our small order. I had to get back on to remind them we were there. No apologies. No discount. Nothing. Won’t go back😞

Are they even open when they say they are though? Pressed the red button and have been waiting for close to 10 minutes just to order. A normal restaurant has faster service.

I can’t even give this Sonic a 1! This is the absolute worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. They are the slowest in preparing you order, when you’re able to order. We went at 7pm one night and the kids working there said they were closed. Tonight we went at 7:30pm and they told us they didn’t have any ice cream! Either the kids working there don’t really want to work, or the person ordering supplies really messed up! I can’t believe they have no ice cream on 4th of July weekend! I always give businesses a second chance and I rarely write reviews, but this is ridiculous! You’ve seen the last of us.
