I've always been a fan of Famous Dave's. Today 3.19.21 we decided to go for dinner. Completely different and not for the good. First of all when they called our name instead of going to our table we were told that we had to place our order right there. This made us feel rushed. Not only did we feel rushed to place our order we had to pay for everything right there before we even sat at our table. We had to get our own drinks which isn't the end of the world but still had to do it. We also placed a order to go and asked for it to be brought out towards the end of our meal. It came out with our food. So my kid got soggy fries and soggy chicken strips. Not one time did a waiter or anyone ask how our food was infact not a single person came to our table until they brought our food out. Waited and waited for a waiter to come by so we could ask for a to go box. Never happened. I had to go find my own to go box. I hate to give bad reviews but this experience was not good. The food however was great. But their new way of doing things is horrible and not worth returning. Famous Dave's had a good thing and even with the rise in prices we still went and ate. Plenty of restaurants in the area . That being said that was our last meal at Famous Dave's
