Normally I give 5 stars this place. However on Saturday I had a different encounter. I always order the combo appetizer for $12.99 or so. It was listed on the menu and the server took my order. When I was done eating dinner I get the bill and it came to $35.99 I said what!!! I showed the waiter the menu and it showed 3 for $12.99 he then said we don't offer that deal anymore. I showed him the menu and asked for a manager. He told me there was not one duty. I always loved coming here but after this experience I will go there again. $35.99 i got 3 appetizers and 1 coke!!!

I had a visit the other week and forgot to post my review. I recently moved to the area and wanted some pasta that wasn’t expensive so I decided on Olive Garden. I had a few detailed questions related to COVID and more so I was transferred to the General manager who happily answered all of my questions. She was so kind and not at all annoyed by my persistent questions. She ended placing our order for us and then brought the food out to us herself. I found the service to be exceptional. This GM knows what she is doing. She was just so genuine and wish more restaurant managers shared the same qualities. The lady who answered the phone and directed us to the GM was also very friendly. Food was great as always! Best Olive Garden I’ve been to.

Our server was fantastic the staff was great. We have been eating at this Location for years and always a special treat. we have celebrated a lot of special events here. Complaint is that I get it is a pandemic but they only have about 25% of their Normal menu. This is not advertised well online and either is the fact that you should make a reservation before hand. they make you wait outside or in your car until your table is ready. This should be advertised as under normal circumstances they do not accept them. . Totally get it with covid just wish this point was also advertised. Had I known they have limited menu I would not have gone. Feel bad for the server as they also still have the servers shred cheese at the table leaning over the customers who do not have masks.
