Attentive service from the time you are greeted at the front door and while you are eating. Diverse menu with options available for all tastes, including meat, seafood and vegan options, excellent vegetarian side dishes to choose from. The port mushrooms and Cole slaw were phenomenal!! Server was attentive to whatever we needed, they are very nice people who are employed here!!

We went to Firebirds today for lunch and I ordered a mimosa and it was served to me in a glass with a full set of lip prints on it, they gave me a new one with a glass that was still questionable... I also sent that back. I ordered the crispy fish tacos and 2 of the 3 had a fishy taste (two of my family members tasted and confirmed) but I didn't send them back. The steak and burgers my family ordered were good but the lip prints set the tone for my meal there, I just couldn't get past that. I did ask the bartender how in the world did he miss the lip prints when he made the drink....

Good food service can be a bit slow at times but it's worth the wait. Update: they seem to be fully staffed now service is much faster than it was about a year ago. Menu is slightly smaller but the food is just as good.
