We originally were going to eat at the restaurant next door because we had a gift card from a couple of years ago that I wanted to finally use. That place was closed and would be for several hours. My spouse looked up the hours for Smokey Bones and they were open so we decided to try it for the first time. Our server was Rachel and she was amazing. She was very helpful during ordering, attentive to drinks and has a great personality. Rachel was confident in the food and helped us understand the different types of ribs, etc. so we splurged and tried the ribs, BBQ chicken, brisket, pulled pork, cheeseburgers, etc. It was all amazing. None of the meat had hardly any gristle or fat. The portions were great for the price. All in all it was a very good experience and we will go back. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Thank you for a great meal Smokey Bones and to Rachel for being a great host and server. A+++++

We hadn't been here in a few years but are glad we went tonight! Rachel was our server, and she was awesome! She was really down-to-earth, friendly, attentive to detail, and just seemed like a super nice person. The restaurant was clean and all the staff was great. The food had great smokey flavor, the beer was good, and the sauces had just the right amount of spice. Overall, really good experience and we will be back again!

The food was delicious, we could eat here all day long, the baked potato was the best my family has every had. The food was fast and hot when it came out. The steak was cooked correctly and the sides were all correct. Our waiter, Polly, was respectful and responsive to our questions. 10/10 would come again.
