Party of six to celebrate breast mom breast group was told would be wait until 9 without reservation could only seat party 5 so ask if 2 could sit at separate table told that was fine then asked if could get table in front bar was told yes seated at table with whole party of 6. Waitress came take drink order which was 5 water and 1 tea brought back to us . Didn't come back check on party of 6 for over 30 minutes. As we was getting ready to leave she stated was bring out bread 🍞 advised me and party was leaving had been waiting too long without acknowledgement

We just ate at the best restaurant in Birmingham. The server was wonderful, the food was great and the manager Stacie was a sight to behold. She flowed over to our table and mesmerized us ensuring everything was perfect. Brannon was an absolutely delight. He was personable but even more important he was efficient and got our food out exactly at the right time. My sons adored him. We will be back and ask for Brannon. The prime rib melted in my mouth. 5 star for Firebirds.

2021 COVID-19 In this pandemic Firebirds ❤️❤️ have been my nutrition, friends and my favorite manger Jordan who always makes sure all is good❤️ Love ya! To my favorite bartenders y’all made my evenings complete with smiles and drinks. I have been going here for years and I’m still in love with everything. They always welcome me with open arms, smiles and hugs, they are very intuitive and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. The bar is my favorite spot it’s where I get to know everyone. Would give 50 stars if I could.
