A rainy and damp April night, almost closing time! We pull in and ask if they are still open. They were actually cleaning but said they had no problem feeding us, lol! The group there was very professional. I don't know their names, but they were polite and respectful. They were disinfecting bandits! They were disinfecting everything in the building before we left. As they say, cleanliness is next to godliness! I let them know that before we left. I ordered a double cheeseburger with everything and a small fry, my wife just wanted her grilled cheese and lemonade. It was all done to perfection, the facility was spotless, the bathrooms were spotless! And like I always say, clean bathroom clean prep area. Dirty bathroom, don't eat there! I have to say this visit was refreshing considering the lack of respect shown to one's fellow man nowadays! The staff is definitely worth an above average tip! And, that's exactly what we did.

Really good burgers and fries. They will give you a ton of fries. Which are amazing. Burgers are delicious and especially getting them with all the way are so good.

I came into 5 Guys at the Pleasant Prairie location on Saturday, November 13th, 2021 at about 8:30-9:00pm. I was helped by a Jeremy and James. I just wanted to say it was the best experience I have had at any business establishment in the past 5 years. It was one of those moments of someone showing humanity in the most unexpected place. Definitely will have to pay it forward now, thanks for reminding me why I always should!

I should’ve taken a picture of this food because it was so stunning! If you’re a vegetarian you have got to get their vegetable grilled cheese because It’s 1000/10 delicious!!! I also got my husband a triple burger with bacon and we tried the lettuce wrapped cheese burger as well. Omg omg it was the greatest food that we have had in a very long time! And the fries are to die for you you can even eat them cold three hours later which I did LMAO. Their staff is absolutely so kind and so sweet we just loved everything about it 🫶🏻🤤🤤
