Good pizza & drinks. We stopped here before heading out to Hana. We were seating right away. The staff were friendly & welcoming. We shared a small - half pepperoni & mushrooms and half Mopsys chicken pie. It was a perfect amount for 2 people for lunch. We liked both pies. I liked the pepperoni one better and my husband liked the chicken better. We asked for the pie to be well done - and it was nice & crispy and full of flavor!

What a great spot in the small town of Paia, we have to to Maui more times than I can remember and we never made it to this spot and we are truly thankful our friends brought us to Flatbread. The salads and pizza were phenomenal. Everything was fresh and tasty I ate myself into a food coma. The salads had a fresh tasty dressing that was amazing. The pizza were nice and thin and fire roasted to perfection. Whether you're visiting the island or live here definitely make a reservation and check them out.

Since we discovered Flatbread no other pizza on the island will do. Freshest ingredients. Great crust. Mopsy is great. Great selection of wine and beverages. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. No bad meal here. Will be regulars every time we visit Maui !!
