All I can say is run don’t walk to this amazing restaurant!! It’s truly a fantastic dining “experience”, with incredible food and terrific service. To be able to interact with Chef Jeremy, and have him describe the fantastic dishes he is preparing right in front of you was so enjoyable. We really loved the chill vibe atomosphere and listening to the classic rock music while enjoying dinner. We will without a doubt return here every time we come back to Maui!!

Chef Jeremy did an amazing job for our anniversary! We could not have asked for a better experience which is what dining at Nylos is like, "an experience" that you will never forget. From the first course to the last course, everything was perfect and Matt was a fantastic waiter with tons of knowledge on whatever questions were asked to him. We highly recommend Jeremy's restaurant, you will be extremely pleased and there is no other place on Maui like it! Sean + Katie

By far the best meal that I’ve had on Maui and the best I’ve had in a while. The tasting menu was excellent- high quality ingredients presented in an interesting way. Incredible wine pairing. The great playlist (heavy on the 70s rock) capped off a wonderful evening.
