Very good experience, the place is welcoming and clean, the staff is incredibly friendly (big shout out to Denis!) and the foods was very nice too. The menu is varied and the portions are very generous, maybe a bit too much, but there is always the option to take the leftovers homes which was appreciated. Would happily come back!

They hang up pretty quick now a days, where’s the respect in the clients ? This is pandemic time and you imagine they would have the best service in the phone but no. Specially this place is more a bar than a restaurant. The food is okay, but not really. I don’t think I’ll ever come back here and my days coming here are done. Honesty I was upset I got hanger up at but anyway for the past 4-5 times I order well done steak tips, they always give me mixed, some rear some well done. I do not enjoy my meal. The ribs I’ve gotten there the last 3 times where half burnt. I honestly must have had 2 good meals here. It’s a 5/10 for me.

Looking for some good eats? Floramo's in Chelsea is your place! The steak and rib combo is ridiculous! My favorite is the seafood medley! Delicious! Drinks and service was on point! 😁
