Food good as always. I was the first customer and Freddy's was really dirty. The drink area had a lot of dried Coke all over. I couldn't even put my cup down. When I complained, they barely looked up. It took a while before an employee started cleaning. He cleaning the drink area and one table. The cook was the only helpful employee.

Ordered online, went to pick it up & the store was closed. At this point, it was late and didn’t know how to get a refund. I left a voicemail to that location, Jessie the manager called back & he apologized. Automatically gave me a refund. Great location & he was very helpful.
