The shave ice is standard and nothing to get too excited about. The owner is a bit intense and not too friendly. I would encourage folks to find a different location for a cool treat.

I was here a couple years ago, not impressed then and even less impressed now. Fruit flavors are bland and very indistinct. The shave ice itself has too many large clumps of ice to be enjoyable. I only went here because it was conveniently located but it's worth the effort to drive down Ali'i next time I have a craving.

First employee was great and friendly. 2nd time (Jun 4 at 1:45pm) not as friendly, strict Covid rules on our second but not on the first one.. within two days of each other…They seem very annoyed and had to wait outside with no indoor seating.
