I only give 2 stars because the foods good. The customer service is impolite and terrible. Iv tried this place 3 times. One of the times it was 45 min. Till close and they told me they'd only serve drinks because they where closing. A second time it was busy and alls I ordered was a smoothie. I received the wrong smoothie and politely asked for the correct one. I was told "you'll be alright" and then ignored. The third time it wasn't busy. In fact I was the only person in line or trying to get food. I stood at the register for 10 minutes meanwhile the workers where just talking knowing I was there and ignoring me. When I was finally helped my food took another 25 min. To be given and alls I ordered was a Hapa Bowl. Very disappointed with the quality of service.

Management needs work, I can’t seem so get a phone call back, I’d rather not talk to the manager Kaitlyn, I’m trying to talk to someone in charge of her, I can’t seem to find that person and I promise it’s not due to a lack of effort. I’m actually hoping someone will see this review and actually return my call, really sad it’s come to this.
