I visited the Popeyes located in Schofield. I was disappointed to find out that their fryer was not fixed yet!! The young lady that was there, she was very rude. She could also barely speak English. This was the first time that I encountered a rude employee there. Since the Popeyes in Schofield was not in operation. I went to the one in Waipahu. This location was not so bad. They need to work on their customer service skills, and getting their products out to their customers on time. They seem to talk to much to each other while they are working. The chicken, chicken tenders, biscuits, and Mac and cheese that I bought. They were hot and fresh. (My family enjoyed that) I had no complaints there. The chicken sandwich I bought for my dad was not so great. The bun was soggy, and the chicken was actually over cooked. Overall, both locations were "OKAY and NOT SO OKAY." it's a fast food place...I shouldn't have expected 5 Star ⭐ service....(lol)
