We got a slab of ribs, pulled pork, beans, and green beans to go. Liked the interior and the staff seemed ok. Neither the pork or ribs had any smoke flavor to them, though they were tender, ( too much so). The ribs were also greasy and had no visual appeal. The green beans were $9.00 for a quart and tasted like canned from the discount store with nothing added. The beans also had little bit of brown sugar and maybe mustard in them, more like soup beans. I could make these in two minutes. I would not give cooking like this a second chance ,it really was wasted money. To bad because we really wanted to like it, but it was probably on the top 3-4 worst BBQ places I've eaten in my life and around the country. I read some of the other reviews that rave about the food and am dumbfounded, did we eat at the same place? I did notice a phrase a lot of people use, something to the effect of, " Decent food at a cheap price". That should be a warning to people who can read between the lines.

I love this restaurant of all the ones I have rated. The prices are excellent and the chicken is so juicy and tender. I love the mash potatoes and gravy. Their services are good and the people who work there are friendly. I would recommend this to anyone that’s from out of town.
