Wow, what a hidden gem! We went here for a friends birthday. Started with drinks and appetizers, fantastic. For dinner we ordered each a wedge salad and it was huge, defiantly could have split it!! Best Wedge I’ve had in Alabama, I can’t say enough good things. It came with four 1/2 wedges, amazing candies bacon and walnuts. My husband got the meatloaf entree and said it was in his top 3 of all time, quite a feat. I had the shrimp and grits, my oh my, what a treat! I have leftovers for days, we could have definitely split it between 3-4 people! Will come back again and again. Do not miss out.

Ate twice at the cleaver. First night was good. Only complaint was the salad didn't have the ingredients as listed in the menu. So as long as you don't have food allergies, what was served was delicious. The second evening their steak special was a country fried steak, which was amazing! Service was attentive. It is much quieter downstairs that upstairs. They are reworking the menu, so looking forward to seeing the new items and giving them a try.

HIGHLY recommend..... all around it was an Awesome restaurant!!! If you haven't been, or are visiting the area, it's a MUST stop kinda place... Food & drinks were so good, and truly authentic! The "bar area" aka Upstairs, is very interactive & low-key, and downstairs is more casual! The staff were all friendly& sweet. The bartenders were extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to conform to the customers tastes/likes!
