Nyla and Daddy Bentley Collins Fun for kids
This place definitely has the best tasting seafood in Eau Claire. I was blown away seriously, loved every bite. Not too many restaurants now a days offer this type of service. The waitress was exceptional, as well. They have huge drink selection too. Houligans, is for sure on the pricey-er side of establishments, but at least the prices match the service. I honestly don't think I would order my seafood from anywhere else. Great job guys an thank you for the service and experience!!

Our first trip to Eau Claire and we decided to eat at Houligans. Now we'll be eating there every trip. Tried 3 different entrées and they were all amazing. With a public parking ramp just a block away there's no reason to worry about parking downtown. The atmosphere was charming and the service was outstanding. You can't go wrong eating here.

I highly recommend Houligans Steak & Seafood Pub in Eau Clair. This place came highly recommended from some locals that worked nearby. My travel colleagues and I decided to sample their cheese curds as an appetizer. While I admit not being an expert on cheese curds, I believe cheese curds are to Wisconsin as grits are to the south. By that, I mean everyone has their own unique take on how best to prepare them and present them. The cheese curds at Norther Tap House were the 2nd best cheese curds we tried while we were in town that week. My colleagues and I each chose a steak. I chose the dry-aged rib eye and it was delicious. My rib eye steak had the perfect amount of fat to meat ratio, which is what makes a rib eye so savory. I also had an adult beverage from their great drink selection menu. I am happy to recommend their highball with Buffalo Trace. Houligans is definitely a dining gem in Eau Clair. I plan to go back if I am ever back in town.

Never a bad meal at Houligan's! Steak medallions are "melt in your mouth" good. I also love their garlic burger. Our server was exceptional...sorry I can't remember her name, but she did not miss a thing. Checked on us and kept our beverages full.

I enjoy the steak and chicken entrees, I'm not much for seafood but others have said it is good. The fresh bread is nice when they aren't out. Definitely recommend getting a reservation, they fill up fast.
