I've been a loyal customer of Monk's for 20+ years now, visiting the locations in the Dells each time we visit. I was thrilled when a location opened in Eau Claire, because it's closer to my hometown than the Dells. Yesterday, we had a small issue with one of our daughter's meals. It was quickly taken off our bill and the manager came over to talk to us about it. Although neither were necessary, both gestures were appreciated. We have a large group of us that go to Monk's every August following the Team Hope Huntington's Disease Walk. While they don't take reservations, we still can to give them a heads up. Service and food are always great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Prompt and super friendly staff. We were a party of six on a modestly busy night, food came out quick and delicious. For the imbibe-inclined, the bar is somewhat limited. They do have some specialty cocktails but the two I tried were overly sweet. They have a limited beer selection.

Great service - server was friendly. Food was very good. Didn't realize how large the inside is as well plus patio seating. Update after dining again a few months later in 2021 - hostess sat us right next to a loud pair of females after trying to put us at a table for two next to a children’s soccer team. Was ridiculous and not very observant of the hostess to do this. Final seating was in a booth and to our liking but it took too long for my taste to get to that final seating location.
