As someone from the south let me tell you I tasted yams from a can and I had brown black eyed peas.... not at ALL what I expected. The catfish was like jelly on the inside....I thought it may have been under cooked but no. The breading on the catfish was nice but they weren't even whole filets! I almost thought they were catfish nuggets. I really was looking forward to some authentic southern food and was so disappointed. Please don't advertise as Southern when you use food from cans.
