HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY 😊. Well this was just a great experience from start to finish. Emma greeted us at the door & was very pleasant as we preferred to sit at the bar. No seats so we grabbed a side table but let Emma know & she supplied us with menus right away. Within a matter of seconds our server’s were at our table. Skylar & Ava were super our entire visit. The mussels were excellent as was the fried shrimp & seafood shepherds pie. Skylar & Ava were on top of being sure we were good with drinks, Food and boxes when finished. We can’t thank Irish Eyes enough for making our experience amazing. We go out every other weekend & will be sure to return to the Milton location. Keep up the great work. Thank you Skylar & Ava. You were tipped accordingly!!

We typically visit the Milton Irish Eyes a few times throughout the year. The food is always reasonably good, if a little pricey for not actually being at the beach. But the bar itself has a good ambiance, and if my wife and I could opt to eat outside at every restaurant, we absolutely would. And this Irish Eyes has a very appealing outside patio. We visited on Sunday, July 3rd (22) with a friend of ours, his wife came a little later to join us. While we waited, we ordered a couple apps and drinks. We had no issues with the drinks. The bar did a great job on them. Our waitress had a pleasant personality but towards the end of our visit, her trips to our table got longer each time. The apps we received were onion rings and fried pickles. I have always enjoyed their fried pickle spears, both a unique twist on fried pickles and always exceptionally tasty. We were disappointed when they brought out fried pickle chips. The waitress explained that they run out of the spears so at times they have to substitute for them. I don't feel like that's a reasonable excuse when the menu item doesn't match what you ordered. Both of the apps were average. Not bad, but it's onion rings and fried pickle chips. You can get those pretty much anywhere. Once our other friend arrived we ordered a handful of apps to share. All of them were terribly disappointing. Buffalo wings, clams casino, steamed shrimp and nachos. The wings were tasteless, with virtually no sauce on them. My friend who ordered the clams casino laughed when he saw the portion. Half a dozen clams, but they were so small you'd be hard pressed to even call them little necks. Little necks are great steamed and served with butter, but when you're making a dish like that you should consider upsizing to a larger clam. My steamed shrimp were terrible. Rubbery, dry, and overcooked. My friend and I who both have pretty a pretty extensive history working in the food industry agreed that they must have been holding them in a steam well. The nachos were the only dish that I would describe as average. Again, nothing to write home about, but if average is your stepping off point and it just sinks after that, not a great experience. I'm hoping it was just an off day for the restaurant. But for the prices you pay, I don't think I'm willing to risk it again. There's a place right across the alley that we will try the next time we are in Milton. They have outside seating as well, and the same view as this restaurant. Very disappointed in this experience.

Just having a short beer waiting to catch a kicking country rock band concert at the Milton Theater, when I met an Irish dude named Finn. He's a local man doing great work for our environment. Come to Irish Eyes and see what's happening. You'll met the most interesting people.
