Super-fresh and tasty poke nachos with crispy fried won ton chips! Both the spicy and shoyu versions are excellent with large pieces of fish. Type of fish varies from day to day. It was marlin when we went. The spicy version is not very spicy and tastes like the spicy tuna that you get from a sushi restaurant. The shoyu version tastes more like classic poke and has sweet onions. Both versions are drizzled with eel sauce and some kind of mayo aioli and dusted with furikake. $15 for a plate, $30 for a pan (double order) and you can ask for half and half. Overall, generous servings, good value for the freshness and amount of fish. This food truck has limited days of operation and locations vary. Look them up on Instagram for most updated schedule.
