I looked all over for poke nachos with wontons as the chips. I finally found Kauai poke company. I called ahead and she saved me two orders ❤️ It was worth the wait, so delicious, fresh, with so many textures, toppings and flavors, fabulous. We also had a yummy salad with house-made dressing. And the shrimp tempura was great too. The owners are gracious and kind. We will be back as soon as we come back to Kauai!!!

This food truck is awesome. Only open during lunch on detain days, such as Thursday, so beware. The Spicy Poke is very good and I highly recommend it.
