Great family diner. Extensive menu of Local and American cuisine. Reasonable prices. Good service! Convenient location. Parking available. Dine-in or takeout. This is a well established eatery. Locals and tourists alike frequent this notable establishment.

It's unfortunate to reveal that this spot isn't as great as it claims to be online, as well as on site. Immediately you are greeted and seated promptly. Seeing the several large celebrities photos on the wall, and even an award placard showing "the best waitress on the island" award. If this waitress passed away, she would be rolling in her grave out of the disappointment of the service her old staff gave to us. We had been seated, but never were welcomed by our waitress. We were ignored for an entire hour. The ice from the complimentary water had melted, our orange juice grew warm, and we haven't even had a chance to order our food. Seeing other customers come in and be seated, order their food, and even get their food before we were ever introduced to our waitress. It was unbelievable. By the time we managed to wave someone down, the food came about 45 minutes later. Eggs, spam, and a burger. The eggs undercooked, spam cold as well as the fries with the burger. It's painful to write this review, but to be as truthful as possible, I have never received bad service like I did here. We were quiet and calm. Not wanting to make problems for the staff. We ate our food and waited for our check. It never came. 30 minutes of us eating our food, she never checked on us. I had to let the cashier know we were already running late to the airport, and I still don't know if she was annoyed with the fact that I asked her for help to get our check, or if she was annoyed with our waitress. We paid then left only to barely catch our flight back home. This moment was a defining moment of business integrity.. I couldn't recommend this place to a single soul. And like I said before. Its painful to see how a close to 5star restaurant can be such a disappointment in service.

A group of four of us stopped here for a quick bite on the way to Volcano. I was excitedly anticipating the meal as we've heard nothing but good things. I feel as if our group had ordered pancakes we would've been more pleased. One member of the group didn't even want to order from the regular menu since the prices were too high. We ordered, and waited; the wait for food was not long which was nice. When we received our entrées, I received the small version of the meal - okay, no problem. Sent it back to get the correct portion and what I ordered. We received no update on it at all, it was probably about 15 minutes. My husband had to go up and ask about the status of my order, and was scolded about forgetting his mask. A few minutes later, it came out but the others were already finished with the meal. We were not once asked how the food was tasting. Altogether it was $70 for our food. It was definitely not worth the amount asked, and the service was pretty bad. Not to mention, when paying with a credit card, you cannot enter your own desired tip amount...only a minimum amount of 15% - which was unfortunate since our experience wasn't that great.
