I visited Lava Lava with my family in February, and it was so much fun! They provide live music, yard games, fun ambiance, and great food and drinks for reasonable prices. It was so relaxing to watch the sunset and listen to great music during our dinner. I wanted to go back but didn't have time during our trip to the Big Island, but I will definitely go back next time!

I have had the pleasure of dinning a Lava Lava multiple times. The food is always outstanding. The drinks are incredibly. And the atmosphere is breathtaking. The reason I was inspired to write a review today, was how the management a Lava Lava handled a mishap with an online gift card order. I ordered a gift card for my dad’s birthday. That gift card was not delivered by email because of a typo on my part. Steve, a manager at Lava Lava worked with me remotely, over the phone to fix the situation (I live in Colorado). With his help, my parents were able to enjoy a special lunch at one of their favorite spots on the Big Island. Thank you Steve and the Lava Lava staff.

I do believe they just have to many people that they are attempting to serve. Maybe too many tourists. They feel as if they will never see these people again, why be nice... Being from Hawaii I remember my father saying that people have saved there whole life for a Hawaiian vacation, treat them with Aloha. Make them feel the spirit of Hawaii, so they leave with a little of it in their hearts forever. It is a magical place that makes it really easy to be your best self. Not sure you are getting that experience at Lava Lava Beach Club. 🌴🌺🌴
