Don’t try if you’re in a hurry. Staff was friendly and moving quickly there just wasn’t enough help. Stated 45 min wt was actually over an hour. Then when seated another solid hour before we got our food. Food was excellent… Hot fresh and no complaints on prep they just not enough people to run restaurant like rest of Big Island.

Reservations are highly recommended but we got in after a 40 minute wait. Kitchen was VERY behind and some options (spinach-artichoke dip) were not available due to oven space/backup. Server was very apologetic and gave other suggestions. Manager discounted our meal which was a nice surprise. Food was very good. Will be back!

“Your paradise is our hell.” A direct quote from the Manager here. Perhaps they should not be taking online orders at this location. Ordered takeout an hour in advance. (Prepaid with a full tip.) Showed up and inquired about it and was told it wasn’t ready. Sat down to wait. Fifteen minutes later, the hostess says they can’t see which entree I selected. (My confirmation showed it clearly.). I asked why she let me wait without confirming that before and she was rude with her reply- no apology for the inconvenience overall or the additional wait. 25 minutes later, Manager came out-clearly overwhelmed, but offering no real solutions or timeline and refusing to refund our money until the end of the night because she was too busy.
