Used to highly recommend Mackenzie River North over their south location especially during the lunch hour, but after our most recent visit thinking about sticking with the south location. The TWO hosts were SO SLOW about getting people seated. We were told it was a 5-15 minute wait and after nearly 30 minutes we nearly walked out. This was after watching them seat people out of arrival order and people having to ask we were here before them and the parties were the same size... Watched the 2 hosts carry around wet clothes and both "clean" the same table a couple times each without anyone being seated there in between...killing time. Then actually watched one picking his underwear out of his butt while he had his back to those of us waiting to eat... If he had an itchy butt excuse yourself, deal with the issue, WASH YOUR HANDS & go back to work. He finished scratching or picking and turned back to the waiting diners, called a name, grabbed menus and silverware and led them to a table. 🤢 Our waitress, I believe her name was Hannah, was fast, friendly & fun & keep checking if we need anything without being intrusive. Hannah's service and the good food made up for the butt-picking host. Thank goodness he didn't try to seat us or we would have walked out knowing full well where his hands had just been!!! 🤢

As usual, the food was delicious. However we waited 20 minutes for a Mack lovin dessert, and when it was finally brought out to us at the bar, it wasn’t to-go as we had specified. The server said he’d fix it no problem, and we waited another 15 minutes while he delivered food to multiple tables but never came back to us. We ended up leaving without it as we had places to be and couldn’t be waiting over half hour for a simple dessert. Very disappointing experience.
