Sublime setting on the beach. I had the octopus for an appetizer and I have never had octopus so flavorful and tender. Everyone in our party of 8 enjoyed their meals, especially the three of us that had the bouillabaisse. Most of the items had been cooked separately then added to the warm broth just prior to serving. That way the individual components were cooked at the optimum temperature and the warm broth didn't cook things any further. In addition the seasoning was done with a light touch and drinking the broth at the conclusion of eating the seafood was a great way to conclude an excellent main course. I enjoyed the black pearl desert which was beautiful and tasty.

The pan crusted fish was leaps above the other dishes we ordered. Portions were huge, which we were not expecting. The decor and ambiance was amazing. Really thought out and intentional. The star however, was our waiter Jeffrey. We were a bit overwhelmed with the menu. However, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and at service, gave the perfect level of attentiveness and space. Overall, the hype is accurate. Get a reservation, come prepared to have a great night.

Super impressed by this restaurant. Very difficult to get a reservation but lucky we got one then tailored our day around our meal here. The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu which is a nice touch. Everything we had was perfect! After we ate, we headed down the the beach to enjoy the view.
