This place is my favorite restaurant on Maui, hands down; I've tried all the other well known plant based establishments and they don't hold a candle to the quality, portions price and service of Rainbow Kitchen. The drinks and food are all hand crafted with care. The regular menu favorites of mine are the Mighty Bowl and the coconut crab cake salad, however I also like to try the rotating specials as well. I tell anyone who tries it, I tell everyone about this place, that you can't go wrong with any choice here. So grateful the North Shore has this gem of a family run soul food truck 😊

Tried the Macro Bowl, Breakfast Burrito, Veggie Tacos- everything was amazing. So fresh. Made-to-order. Everything made from scratch. Also loved the Mint Chocolate Drink and Mermaid Dream drink.

BEST VEGAN BURRITO OF MY LIFE. The Seitan is levels above any I have ever had in my life. If I ordered this at a omnivore restaurant I would have sent it back because I would be convinced someone had served me real steak. The mint ice-cream tasted so good and somehow is packed with superfoods. I have never been so nourished and filled.
