Every year it seems the service gets worse and worse. RARELY will my order be correct. Tonight I ordered one meal, and asked for ONLY onions on the burger and what I got was ALL the toppings EXCEPT for onions… Also, their customer service is horrible. I paid for my meal and when the employee was heading back my card rudely said, “we ain’t got no receipt paper so can’t help you there.” Then slid the window shut. Now, I understand that happens but how about a better, more professional way to talk to your customers like ,”I apologize but our receipt machine is not working right now.” Don’t talk to your customers like you would your friend, have some professionalism.

Took FOREVER to get my order once I paid. Than when I opened it up at home it was pretty much just thrown in the bun. I understand the raise in prices but if you're going to charge $10. for a meal maybe try a little harder. Also the employees acted like they'd rather be anywhere else. Although it's close to home ... I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Orders always messed up. Say Ranch with Nuggets No Ranch. Just today get on the road with the food after waiting in the drive through for 20min no Fries in 2 different happy meals and no ranch. Who doesn't put fries in a McDonald's happy meal yep these guys! Need better training and owner needs to get on some butt's! Go to Becker if heading west. Better service!
