Fantastic food and great service. Establishment was very clean and wait staff was friendly and helpful. We were not rushed and the food came out in a timely manner. I liked that there is a good variety of food choices, but not and overwhelming amount of options. There is pasta, burgers, flatbread pizzas, sandwiches and salads. Something for everyone! We all cleaned our plates.

There were 11 of us who went to Trails for dinner to celebrate my birthday. The staff put together tables for us and let my daughter decorate. My husband brought me in and they "surprised" me. Staff was very gracious, professional and our waiter was fabulous! He was friendly and attentive. The service and timing of checking to see if everything was okay or if we needed drinks was spot on. Food was served while hot, salads cold and was delicious. The experience was wonderful!

I understand being busy, we were willing (and had to) wait quite a while for the right food to show up. While waiting, the staff made it to every table but ours. Only having them come by when we wanted the check and say "oh,let me get you that water." For a burger, I know you need to hit a certain temperature. This doesn't mean a tough, dry puck. There was a inch of plain bun, strike that out. When I complained, they took the burger off, but charged me for a basket of fries because I ate my tots. That handful that comes with a burger IS NOT a basket. Highway robbery and poor food quality is just the start.
