Drive through sucked. Got all the way home and realized they didn't give us all our food. Husband had to go back to pick up the remainder. How hard can it be to double check an order before you give it to the customer.

I wish people still said "I'm sorry, " but I guess not. If a mistake is made, say I'm sorry about your food being given away. Makes having to wait for it to be cooked again easier, especially since precious time to eat is being used.
