I have been going to this location since it was built years ago and never had any problems with them. Now it's impossible to get your order correct and the quality of the food is shameful. And the app NEVER works here. We drive 20 minutes to get there and then they can't find our orders. And since we order online exclusive offers we aren't able to get anything we had planned on. Their customer service is ridiculous. Rude and unwilling to do anything to try and get your order fixed. They just stand there looking confused and do nothing. Contacted customer service twice with no reply so far.
