Placed an order at the kiosk inside, took 12 minutes to get my food when it was only me inside( drive thru was busy, understandable), the ONE thing that makes me beyond irritated is cold fries.... when I was there 2 baskets got done and they left them hanging over the fryer for about 5 minster then later dumped them in the warming area. As a former employee of 3 years at a different store the dries are only good for 7 minutes under the heat lamps, and it's no just this visit too, every time I go here I get cold, old fries.

This place needs to have a health inspector visit and the owner needs to show up and talk to managers about things like sanitation and work ethic. I know that times are tough getting people to work, but for the love of god, teach your employees to wear either a hair net or tuck your hair in a hat!!! As my pictures show, most of the workers had shaggy hair blowing in the food!! Gross!!! Except for the kid tucked in the corner who was manning the drive thru while scrolling on his phone. We ordered chicken nuggets and fries, which are now apparently a full sized nugget, cut in half and the fry ends that typically drop to the bottom of the bag. For the health and safety of customers, PLEASE take this review as something to help this store. Won't ever recommend that people go there.
