Always a winner for my wife and I. Love the drink and food presentations. Appreciate the requirement of COVID-29 vaccine or recent - test result to dine. The new addition is very inviting place to enjoy a great meal.

The food was actually good.
The owner is rude. I was put on hold for 10 minutes only to be told I couldn’t place an order till 8.30 pm. There was no courteous and cordial tone. I understand that they’re busy but the rudeness was appalling.
Also an 18% tip was included in my $200 diner. The waitress failed to point this out and so I tipped $40 on top of it. This sort of deceptive billing is thievery.
The owner is beyond rude. Will never eat there again.

Fully appreciated the proof of vaccination! We felt safe in a comfortable and friendly environment.

Called to see if I could make reservation. Woman who answered said she didn’t know how to transfer me on headset, to call right back and she’d have someone else answer to alleviate the headset issue. Same person answered when I called right back, must’ve forgotten about me immediately and when they realized it was me calling again they hung up on me. Not only that but this place requires proof of getting the jab to be enter their establishment. They clearly don’t care if they loose loyal customers. This is not the Mona’s I knew and loved in the past. I will never be back and I would recommend Bijou Bistro to anyone looking for a welcoming dining experience where you as a customer actually matter!
