Great scallops, reasonable prices, very good for that part of Maine. Matt the owner very helpful when I wasn't even eating there. Growing their own clams or oysters on some special dock. Outdoor eating is great at high tide, more interesting at low tide. Inside very comfortable.

Where do I begin? Ordered baked scallops with bread crumbs. Received rubbery scallops with absolutely nothing on top. No bread crumbs, sauce, etc. Just small rubbery scallops in water. Asked for Lobster Bisque, received clam chowder. Also, not good. Asked for the Lobster Bisque and wished I hadn't. Horrible! Ordered a spicy bloody Mary, becase at that point I needed one. Absolutely nothing spicy about it, watery, celery was Brown. The only good thing about this meal was the French fries. I ran out of ketchup and then the waiter took the plate before I could finish them. What a major disappointment. I am really so easy to please, just so bad. Will NEVER go back again, ever! 😑

My husband and I dined here to celebrate our Anniversary. The food was delicious. We started with the home made potato chips in Parmesan cream sauce with bacon and green onions. I ordered the fried clam dinner and my husband had the wedge salad with chicken. The clams were sweet and delicious. None were spared. We had a beautiful view of the Royal River.
