We were looking for a nice breakfast restaurant. Pancake Cafe Fitchburg was perfect! I ordered the California Eggs Benedict & my son ordered the chocolate French Toast. Both were excellent! Also, the orange juice & house coffee were really good!

Best French Toast ever!! And today I tried their plain pancakes and can't believe how delicious they are! Such a great vanilla flavor and so fluffy! Oh and the breakfast potatoes are little pillows of love. I'm so full.

Oh my Goodness this place is amazing… GET THEIR BREAKFAST BURRITO ITS AMAZING. Also their pecan and banana nut pancakes are phenomenal
