As someone living with Celiac disease, Surya Cafe is one of the only safe havens in the Madison Wi area for going out to eat. Dedicated gluten free, and dedicated in nutrition and flavor! The staff are always so kind and welcoming as well. I can’t say enough good about this place, if I had the budget I would eat here every day. It is a little pricier, but totally justified for the healthy ingredients and deliciousness. My favorites are the shiitake bacon, hippie toast, and waffles!

I have been getting Surya's Gaia meals for a month now and don't know how I ever lived without them. They are amazing!! It's a great way to get high quality vegan (I am not vegan but have dairy restrictions) meals without leaving home. Just heat and eat. So easy and so yummy!

Every vegan restaurant I’ve been to before felt like “Italian cuisine but vegan” or “American food but vegan”. This is the first place I’ve been which feels like actual vegan cuisine, rather than some other type of cooking being vegan as a gimmick. It’s also very yummy and good vibes.
