Rib tips, brisket, and sauce were great! Service was also really good. Pro tip show up early or don't be disappointed if they ran out of what you love. They are expanding so the space will be big enough for some actual seating. Alicia is the best and is running a really successful business over there. If you love ribs and are anywhere near the south side of Waukesha hit it up. To the knucklehead who thinks they are discriminated against for no mask and getting tossed that's her right and you don't even know her name so absolutely no way you "have been going there for years". Pat is her grandma her name is Alicia bonehead.

Meat was good, fresh and refer with great sauce options and staff was friendly, did not much care for either of the sides. Cornbread was dry and bland, beans laced flavor IMO
