I have not had Chinese food in China. I have had Chinese food in 12 states, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Korea and Portugal. now, I try to find Chinese food wherever I am because it changes every single time. This is the best American Chinese food in 200 miles. It's worth the drive from wherever you are. The interior may seem spartan but, it's very clean. Worth the drive.

We were looking for a place to eat on a holiday weekend Saturday night with no reservations. We pulled up to Paupau’s Kitchen and we’re immediately greeted and seated. The BBQ pork, broccoli chicken, and hot and sour soup were hands down the best I’ve ever had! The veggies were perfectly cooked and beautifully vibrantly colored. The lady who served us was incredibly sweet and made us feel like family.
