Was just served with excellence and kindness by the employees working the line tonight. They deserve raises and extra time off for their dedication and grace during a time where working the service industry is stressful and often degrading. Thank you all for your work!

Arrived at 3:30 in the afternoon. Tables were dirty, no napkins, no lid covers, most drink selections were not available and garbage cans were overflowing. The place had one person waiting and servers were having a good time in the back before they noticed anyone. Suggest management explain that keeping a service area clean and well stocked is part of the servers responsibility.

This location has gone downhill so fast. We used to go to Qdoba all the time - at least once a week. Tonight was the final straw. The restaurant was dirty, food everywhere. The staff was terrible - rude, could not care less about their job. The line staff would say that certain things were needed and presumably the manager would yell "not today" or "not gonna happen any time soon" and was constantly just yelling at his employees. Many ingredients were out because they were "only making a little bit at a time" and so our food was very subpar. And this was the time that we managed to even get in to get food! The last few times we have attempted to visit (various times, lunch, dinner, didn't matter) they had their doors locked during business hours and would only come to the door to advise that they were doing online orders only. Overall, so very disappointed in this location. It used to be amazing but with little morale, rudeness, and less than ideal food it is no longer worth the money to go here.
