For 10 bucks, this was excellent value. Staff were really friendly and there was a very fun vibe about the place. Also, it's named after a dog so you can't go wrong with that.

First time here and food was pretty good. The place was empty since I came after the lunch rush. Tenders were hot and fresh. I enjoyed the special sauce and fries were so so. Friendly staff and very attentive. I would go back and try them again.

I used the mobile ordering app to preorder a meal for later curbside in the afternoon. I arrived early, clicked “I’m here,” and was fine with waiting until my pick up time, in 15 minutes. 20 minutes (5 minutes over expected pick up time), I called the store, and was told by a young female employee that someone would be out with my order right away. 10 minutes later, no order received. This is now 15 minutes past confirmed pick up time. I walked inside to get the order and it was sitting on the counter. Waited 5 more minutes.. Three young female employees were sitting near drive thru window joking around with their phones, while one male attendant took order from several people in line. Food is great, and we came out of our way to try this new location, but won’t do so again with that kind of service. Sounds like manager needs to work on teach team principles of customer service. Restaurant was empty. For a relatively new location, with a lot of options nearby, service matters.
