Overall my experience with this location is positive food wise. Yes, my order has been wrong more than once. But they are quick to correct it. What's infuriating is the constant long waits. This is the ONLY Whataburger within a very large radius, so everyone within a densely packed local population must come here if they want Whataburger. I truly am shocked that no one has ever opened a different location somewhere in the area. The demand is high enough that 2-3 could easily be supported non-stop.

First, I love Whataburger. My favorite burger since I was a kid. Never been an issue until today. Service was horrible. We were the only ones in line, tons of employees standing around doing nothing, waited at least 5 minutes in line before a mad employee with an attitude came over to take our order. Food arrived at our table and it was cold. All of our food was cold. The restaurant wasn't busy so I couldn't figure out why we waited this long for our order to be taken and why our food arrived at the table cold. My love for Whataburger won't change because of this visit but this restaurant must try to do better.

Went tonight and waited forever to get food even though they weren't that busy, then got home food was incorrect and cold. I live less than 5 min away, so why would it be cold unless it was cold when it went into my bag and brought too me. Called and spoke with someone and they just said they were sorry. Sorry doesn't give me food
