The broth was very good. I loved the entire meal. It was my first time at hot pot and unfortunately was not explained the menu as well as I hoped and the waiter seemed busy and annoyed; another waiter kept helping our table. I didn't like how small the bowl was for our soup. I kept spilling the noodles and soup outside the bowl. Was good to experience and was probably the best ramen I had on the island so far. However the service sucked and I didn't enjoy the dinning experience as much as I would like. I felt like i was constantly searching for our waiter for lack of service and when she did come to our table she seemed annoyed.

Was better before.. meat doesn't seem to have the same consistency.. meaning always a different cut (cross sectional and quality) when reordering the same selection of meat. Wish they had shrimp too.

This place was great... Their use of technology made the service excellent. Ingredients were of high quality. Very accommodating. Definitely repeating here.
