Wow .. finally found the best fish fry in the area, with a light batter and flaky delicious fish underneath. Then when you added the homemade German potato salad and homemade coleslaw it was 'out-of-this-world' delicious. I can't wait to try other items on the menu. All by the way are priced very reasonably. Oh, make sure to try their variety of home made ice cream.
As we drove up to the restaurant the landscaping is well-maintained, and the entrance simply welcoming.
When we walked inside we were greeted with a warm smile. The wait staff is friendly and the service is outstanding. A special treat is when the owner goes around to the tables and greets you personally.
All of this is a winning combination that you must experience. Suggest you stop in today 😉

Went there today to get some breakfast. We’re told it would be a 20 minute wait. We were fine with that, so we waited. Got the text that our table was ready around the 25 minute mark. Not too bad since they were busy. Went to see the hostess. After watching 3 tables get seated ahead of us, hostess finally acknowledge us. Told her who we were and she looked at her tablet and said the table was almost ready. 10 more minutes later, my wife asked what the wait was about since we got the text message, as we saw an empty table that had been empty the whole time. Hostess said we received the text by accident and that our table wasn’t ready yet. Waited a few more minutes and left. Not a good system at all for seating people. Won’t be going back.

Excellent food. The waiter was awesome. He was attentive and was easy to joke with. I had an ice cream sundae, they make there own ice cream. It was so smooth and creamy. Can't wait to go back.

Food was pretty good and prices were decent. 6 of us ate for about $100. Has that log cabin atmosphere and they were able to seat us at 10am on a Saturday without much of a reservation. We did call ahead but only 20 minutes in advance and they said no problem. Lost 1 star only because my pancakes were a bit doughy but not horrible

It has been a few months that I was there, it was just as I remembered.
The food ( I had breakfast) it was WONDERFUL.
The wait staff, was very attentive to our needs.
What I thought was just awesome was the owner came by to say hi. I know he has a lot to do, but taking time to have a conversation on how the food was prepared was great.
I look forward to the Friday Fish Fry, or Saturday Prime Rib.
I would suggest this resturant to anyone.
