If you want to get what you ordered, don't eat here. They'll normally mess up your food- it's good but they almost always mess up.
CarHops are so sweet tho and always try to fix it with little to no hassle.

We came in for 7 drinks, ordering on the app to hopefully help the process along, waiting over 45 minutes with no signs of them. Buzzed back in to make sure we weren’t forgotten about and were told it would just be a second. Absolutely no signs of anything coming any time soon and employees are outside talking and laughing and joking around with other customers with no care in the world that people are waiting and have been.

I advised the person taking orders that I thought the app was down. She told me I was lying and when I said " oh ok" she disconnected the intercom on me. I left to a local mom and pop and enjoyed that place more. Tasty freeze if anyone is interested in getting really friendly people. Who also have great food, drinks and ice cream.

Food quality has gone waaaay down at Sonic. And their prices are as high as a sit-down hamburger restaurant. Last visit we couldn't decide whether to get a jr breakfast burrito or the junior but went ahead and chose the regular size. It was so small I thought they accidentally gave us the juniors instead. But nope. I can't imagine there being much filling in one smaller than we got.

So I get a shake and you all have changed straws. Not only is it tiny, it breaks 3 sips in. Come on Sonic! Don’t be so cheap that you can’t provide a decent straw.
