This was some of the best food I’ve had in my 3 years here in DC. I got the steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes and asparagus. BOMB. Like in a great way. Then there is the customer service. Edwin is the man. He out is into items that weren’t on the menu (lamb chop appetizer) and it ended up being amazing. He was friendly, kind and attentive. 5/5. Great date night.

Always superb food and service. Yes, it’s a chain but it’s always top notch and a great dining experience. One of the best steakhouses ever. Have eaten at many Cap Grills throughout the country. Always consistent and delicious. When visiting DC, I always make time for a dinner here. Ask for Manuel. He’s excellent!

Honestly one of the fanciest restaurants in DC. Not only is the cuisine impeccable, they also have incredible service and a healthy wine cellar.
I'd recommend for a fancy date, or celebratory dinner. Price is worth the expense.
My only complaint is that I wish it was just a bit more lit because the lights are extremely dim.

Calamari was amazing. Parmesan truffle fries were incredible. Steak came a little undercooked, but was easily fixed and incredibly tender.
Great steak house, will return.

This restaurant was absolutely amazing! We went here after getting a tour of the capitol building. I got the Lobster Salad which tasted wonderful. After that I got the cheesecake which was the best I’ve ever had before. I suggest you go here if you want a nicely decorated restaurant with wonderful food.
